Windows 10 April Update Error 0x800f081e

Hey so yesterday i tried to update my windows and it didn't get too far as it just stopped and didn't install the update and came up with (Last failed install attempt on ‎01/‎05/‎2018 - 0x800f081e) which was today but i don't know what is going on and how to fix it so im asking you if there is a solution?

2 solutions I seen so far are:

1. Download the media creation tool and use it to update PC; or

2. Run "services.msc"

1. Stop Windows Update service.
2. Stop Windows Management Instrumentation service
3. Delete c:\windows\system32\wbem\repository folder
4. Delete files within c:\windows\softwaredistribution\download

Restart Windows and try update again.
