So basicly i usually wait 2week to 2 months before installing major updates due to bugs/issues that microsoft is very well known to have in their win 10 "major updates" right so to the point i installed the april major update yesterday after that LockApp.exe popped up in the task manager same did happen last year with creators update but the process went away after a restart now it stays on constantly and ive never had this process pop up even tho ive locked my computer multiple times before i ran windows defender scan and malwarebytes scan and nothing...

So in wondering how can i disable this process because its not vital windows process and sometimes it uses my gpu resources...

Process: LockApp.exe

Size : 3.57 MB (3,744,160 bytes)

Location C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.LockApp_cw5n1h2txyewy

Ok im scanning that now 70% atm ill let you know the results but is there any risk of losing data etc when/if repairing these kinds of things?
