Hi!
So i haven't got any problems with my audio, it has worked just fine, but today when i launched my pc i didn't hear any audio at all. So i unplugged my headphones and so on, still no results... then i ran the troubleshooting process... still nothing, can't hear anything. Then i thought that the problem might be my headphones, so i wanted to test them on another device. So i plugged them in in my Surface Pro and the sound worked just fine....
I don't know what to do...
I haven't done anything, the sound just doesn't work on my pc (but it works on other devices)...

My headphones also has a USB-adapter. So i tested to just plug the headphones in by the AUX-cable, and it did work, however, that's not an option for me... i need to use the usb-adapter, and i've always done that without problems...

I've tested to restart the windows audio in services, i've tried windows troubleshoot, i've restarted my PC many times without results.

What to do?
Thanks in advice

Check the drivers of the USB adapter if available.
Also, check with another USB port.
What do you see under device manager? Could you provide a screen with USB hubs expanded?
