I've had windows 10 for months, and upgraded from windows 7 so I don't have the files or product key or anything like that. I also don't have my windows 7 install disk anymore due to a move. Last time I shut down my pc it downloaded an win10 update. Now when I start I get automatic repair and then it fails to repair my computer, I've tried the command prompt options, like bootrec.exe, etc. no luck. I also cannot simply hit start to windows because it restarts the same loop again.

Please advise.

EDIT: it will also not perform a system restore. Fails.

Well, can't do this option because I don't have my w7 product key anymore, since I changed cases and just realized I didn't take my product key sticker off the old case.
