So I have clean installed windows 10 on my pc hoping the stutter would go away. Right now, I'm downloading tencent gaming pubg mobile on PC and then it was so slow, I found out on my task manager that something is using almost every bit of my connection (3mbps)
it's called:
Service Host: Local System

Should I stop it? I just fresh installed windows 10, is it ok to stop it? and if yes, how?
Or this updates are needed?

Also please tell me some application that I can run a test on, to see if my stutters went away, cause before I was just testing it with games.

Solution
It's the Windows Update service downloading pending updates to be installed at a later time.

Note: The following options are in Windows 10 Professional

Windows Start --> Settings --> Update & Security --> Windows Update --> Advanced Options -- Turn Off or proceed with additional options under Delivery Optimization.

You installed a new OS. It needs to download whatever updates are outstanding.
Wait for that to be done, and you can proceed on with your gaming.

Do you mean every single last one of updates? like everything? also can you recommend me a software to test if my gpu is still experiencing stutters.
