Windows 10 basic installation question

I have recently purchased windows 10 and i opened up the small box it came with and found what appears to be a USB flash drive. It may sound like a stupid question but how do i open the USB flash drive and/or is there something else you have to do.

Hello... Typically you have go into the MB BIO's and put the USB2 port on the BOOT priority list... save&exit
Power down the Power Supply, insert the USB stick in a USB2 port and Power Up.... and see if the BIO's will start the process or ask for the location of the BOOtable media... then select the USB manually.

This is for a new installation on a new PC?
If so, as above...BIOS and boot from that USB.
