On laptops, is there a way to force Windows 10 to display the how much battery is left in hh:mm format instead of percentages? Like I want it to say that it has "5 hr 32 min" left on the battery instead of 89%. Is that possible?

Solution
this isn't exactly what you asked for
  1. Go to the Registry Editor
  2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power
  3. Delete EnergyEstimationEnabled & UserBatteryDischargeEstimator from the right pane
  4. Right-click and Add a New DWORD (32-bit), and name it EnergyEstimationDisabled
  5. Restart your PC
