Question Windows 10 Battlefield 3 won't start

I'm running a newly bought pc windows 10. I5 8400 gtx 1050ti. After installing bf3 onto my pc, it won't launch the game or start the game. Why and how to fix it?

not that. When I click on the app bf3, it run but won't start or go into game. my mouse beside a blue loading circle, it load awhile after nothing happen.
