Solution

Hello again bibin as

Can you please confirm if there is any installation DVD or USB connected to your PC that is keeping the operating system from booting normally? If no such device is there, you may want to Reset Your Windows (of course without removing your files) to bring it back up and running.

Hope this helps. :)
Hello bibin as

Since it wouldn't be wise to rollback to the previous version of BIOS, can you please try the following:

> Press Windows + R keys together.

> Type COMPMGMT.MSC in the Run command box and hit Enter.

> From the left pane of the opened Computer Management snap-in, click to select Device Manager.

> From the right pane, expand the Mice and other pointing devices tree.

> Locate the mouse you are using and facing trouble with and uninstall its driver.

> After this, restart Windows 10 and wait until the operating system automatically installs the default mouse driver.

> Check if the mouse starts working normally this time.

Further, you may also want to go to the mouse's vendor's official website and download and install its latest driver to get improved performance.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!! :)
