Restarted the pc earlier today, and during the startup it wont boot anymore.

BIOS Load > Windows Boot Logo > Black Screen

This is pretty much the sequence that happens, and during the black screen there is no cursor or anything. No controls or commands work no matter what i try

Sounds like a case of your Master Boot Record (MBR) being corrupted. Easy enough to fix tho.

First off, try to repair your MBR. If this works, then you should be able to boot into Windows with all of your data intact.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to do a clean install of the OS. This will completely swap out all components of your machine, including the MBR. This will work undoubtebly, but you will lose data doing so, so be sure to try the MBR reset first.

Once you're up and running, be sure to run a backup. Program like Macrium Reflect or Rollback Rx will be able to do this and are both...
