Windows 10 Black Screen NO cursor

Windows 10 Black Screen No Cursor. Works in safe mode but after that I have no idea what to do.

If it works in safe mode try reverting back to a previous version. It was probably a driver/program you installed. If you can’t do that, try finding out what program/driver you installed before it stopped working.
