Windows 10 black screen with cursor in msi gaming laptop

I cant go pass black screen with cursor on msi gaming laptop .. this happened after i upgraded to win 10 fron 8.1

Hi,

Press CTRL, ALT and DEL all at the same time and select Task Manager. Click on File located on the top left corner of Task Manager then select New Task or Run New Task. Type "explorer.exe" and click OK that should bring your desktop screen back. If this doesn't work and you can still bring up Task Manager, go to Startup tab then disable all the startup items and reboot your laptop.
