How can I fix windows 10 blackscreen with cursor permanently?
After I start my desktop, login windows, then the blackscreen with a cursor appear. I have tried this solution. Ctrl+Alt+Tab and run regedit in task manager, then in the winlogon folder, i edit then value data of a file named SHELL to explorer.exe and it works. But after I restart the PC a few times, the problem appear again. So how I gonna fix this problem permanently?
