windows 10 black screen

Since the anniversary up-date I have been getting a random black screen that last about 1-3 seconds and it is very annoying.

I'd go to Device Manager and check for ! or ? to the left of any entries. That would suggest the need for the correct driver.

Been there and done that NO errors or new/other drivers needed. Thanks for your response, but that's not it. Any other suggestions?

Maybe list specs so we can see if there is a common trend

My issue is more likely caused by GTAV which launched but didn't do much else.
GTX 780
16 RAM
Z97 Gaming 7
i5 4570
