Windows 10 - Blank screen with flashing cursor

Windows 10 was working fine until this evening. Install the Battlefront beta and removing some old Nvidea driver since I'm now on an AMD card. Rebooted some time later now all I see is a blanks screen with a cursor flickering between the arrow and wheel. Keyboard is unresponsive though caps and num lock still light and the wifi light is on on the desktop. Any ideas?
