Windows 10 Blank Screen

I just installed windows 10 & when I click sign in for the first time, all I get is a black screen and a cursor. How do I get past this screen to be able to utilize my computer?

Try hitting "Ctrl" and typing in your password blindly. This is a known issue with many new upgrade installations of Windows 10.
