Question Windows 10 blue screen after 30 sec I start PC

When I turn on my PC it blue screens after 30 sec. I can't even reinstall Windows
What is going on?

Specs:
2400g
b450 msi carbon AC
8gb ram single channel

Cooler is running, and the PC has been working for 1 week...
