Windows 10 Blue screen Critical process died

Hello, I upgraded to windows 10 a month or so ago. Now all of a sudden ive been getting BSOD's (The main one I get is (Critical_process_Died, And the other one i got only 1 time was unmountable boot drive.) I've looked around on this forum and found a few solutions that have worked for other people (Powershell SFC, I also did the DSIM thing and that didnt work (Gave me some error)) now, my start menu doesn't work, i tried resetting my windows and i got an error from that, also tried the repair tool and another error happend, so now im stuck with either finding the error (I think its related to drivers not working) or Reformatting my PC ( I wouldnt mind doing it in a heartbeat but i dont know where my windows disk/drivers for my motherboard are at.) Thanks for any assistance sorry for any grammar errors im on my phone.

do a scan and if the problem isn't obvious, paste it in here and we will have a look

Most motherboard makers let you download latest drivers off their web sites

hopefully sort this out without that anyway.

Hello, thank you for responding, i downloaded that Whocrashed thing and it says 4 crashes were found(I know more have happened lately i guess they didnt get logged) And here is what they say

i think you probably are better off reformatting rather than working out what is wrong. Its probably an out of date driver but none of this shows us which one. Just make sure all the drivers you reinstall are the new ones.

they all caused by drivers, not by ntkrnlmp.exe, though that custom error seems to relate to win 7
