Hi,
Bug check code: 0x00000133
suggests, this issue occurs because the iastor.sys driver, is not compatible with Windows 10 or corrupted.
But it is inconvincible and therefore I would like You to download and run:
WhoCrashed which is a totaly free s/w and no ads what so ever - except on Cnet of course
It will tell us in realtime what's going on.
You must click "Analyze" button then view the report.
IAStor stands for Intel SATA Storage Device RAID Controller and if
You have by any chance have edit in the Bios setup from SATA AHCI to RAID improperly, then this error and BSOD will occur.
Don't run RAID. If You have any numbers of SATA drives in your computer: You must run it as a SATA AHCI
Come back and tell us the result.
Best regards from Sweden
Ps. Is it a Dell computer? In that case iastor.sys could be a driver specific to Dell and You might be better off to download its
latest drivers directly from Dell
please remember that if there are no Windows 10 drivers, go for Windows 8.1/8/7 They should work anyhow.
Also follow this:

Install the latest driver, restart the computer, then manually run Windows update and restart.
