Windows 10 boot help

Yesturday I saw online that you could enable guest accounts on windows 10. I followed the guide and enabled the guest account. It looked like it worked because when I clicked on my name it showed the guest account. I logged out to go to the guest account and when I did it started freaking out. The screen was flashing on and off, I could not use the start menu, if I moved an app it would go right back to where it was. I shut it down and tried to login to my account. Then it auto booted into the guest account. I tried f8 and shift f8 for safe mode but nothing. I tried booting from a backup drive and it still boots to guest. My only options left are to make a recovery disk or to take it to the shop. Please help!

how exactly did you enable the guest account?

I can't remember exactly but I think it was in device manager under users or something.

If anyone else has this issue or a similar issue, Microsoft tech support told me this. Press the windows key and L and it will bring you to the start screen.

Hit ctrl+alt+del as the guest account is logging in. Then choose sign out.
