My pc will boot into the bios fine and stay there, but as soon as I try to install windows it will restart, run through the post codes, and then say there is no drive with an OS, I am installing windows using a fresh copy from Walmart, previous to this issue I had my computer working last Wednesday, I come back to it Saturday and it randomly restarted on me and would not boot into windows as if it was on some bootloop, I cleared all of my drives via cmd prompt, I repeated everything, I was able to get to windows once and noticed my drivers weren't there...none of them. I need some help on this.

Things to watch for:
How is disk formatted? NTFS = CMS mode in Bios, GPT partition = UEFI in bios.
Is computer booting from Walmart fresh copy? (what is a wallmart fresh copy?) So set computer to boot from this disk/thumb drive. Only 1 Drive should be connected - the one you want to load.
When install starts it will ask which partition type etc... select GPT / other
If it can't format the disk then disk may be damaged.
