Windows 10 Boot Loop... USB Fail. Reset Fail. CMD fail....

It started 2 days ago...
I was playing a game and my computer started to stutter. I checked the RAM and it was hitting its cap of 8gb. I then decided to switch off the game and watch a movie. However, minutes after this the pc froze then BSOD.. after this it instantly goes to auto repair and its just stuck like that.


I am able to go into windows recovery environment.

Ihave tried to reset it but it fails and says no changes were made.
I used a usb recovery tool and it fails saying compatibility report
I used commands in CMD such as chkdsk and bootrec
Bootrec /fixboot says access denied i googled how to fix this and the methods did not help me
I opened up my pc and changed the ram still not working
I checked my hardrives and the data is still there so no corruption

This exact problem happened to this computer a few years ago however my recovery USB worked then but now it is not

Spent 20 hours past the last 2 days attempting to fix this i am losing my mind if anyone can lend a hand i would be most happy :l

Currently using Ubuntu to retrieve my files. after this i will try to delete everything but that seems hardly possible with the amount of bullshitery going on :L
