Windows 10 boot manager menu missing?

My windows 10 boot manager menu to select OS is missing, just boots straight to windows 10 without the option to select a different version of windows. I have a older computer dual booting Vista and Windows 10, and can't boot vista as their is no menu to select between vista and 10. I went to system properties, than startup and recovery and when I click default operating system, only a blank(white) menu appears. I know the vista install is still their as the partition is fully accessible with all the files intact.

Finally able to boot into vista, used EasyBCD to add vista to boot menu.

For further reference, you could just push F8 at boot and pick the drive you want to boot from.
Unless ofc you have both on the same drive, which is not recommended.
