windows 10 boot problem

i built my pc at christmas and ever since whenever i turn it on i have to enter the bios, if i dont enter bios it goes into windows as it should but then after about 30 seconds it starts flashing and then the screen turns white.But then if i do enter bios everything works fine and it stays on

go to power (where you turn win 10 off), hold shift and boot into safe mode... is it still flashing?

it could be your monitor if it stays white
