when i boot up my computer windows will hang on the bios logo for 30 secs or so then it wants to boot and some times when i turn on my computer it boots right away. I just did a fresh windows 10 installation. I wonder why it hangs on start up sometimes..Motherboard is Asus Hero VII with a Samsung Evo 840

if it a new build make sure the bios is up to date. in the bios make sure the mb set to xmp profile for the ram. if your using a gpu make sure primany display set to pci/peg if it set to auto the mb may be falling over to the onboard gpu first. make sure under boot bios set right..first device...see if bios set to efi on legicy boot. check the boot delay and see if fast boot is on. on your sata ports make sure the ssd on port 0 some mb use asmdiai sata ports. make sure your on the intel sata ports. can also be anti virus issue if it old. or a usb device that plugged in at post.
