i just helped a friend build a pc and it went into the bios normally and all the components were recognised and able to be overclocked and whatnot. i plugged in the windows 10 boot usb and set it to boot first and saved and exited. now it wont send a signal to any monitor through the graphics card or motherboard and debug says its the ram. ive unplugged everything and tested the ram sockets but none of it fixes the problem. reinstalling the cpu didnt work but everything still has its lights com one so it shouldnt be a power problem.

Parts: msi b350m gaming pro

another weird thing is that the keyboard still lights up but the mouse doesnt anymore after it stopped working
