Windows 10 booting in slow motion

So my laptop, the lenovo G460, has been acting a little weird the past 2 years. Whenever i boot, it boots in slow motion, like it takes 20 seconds for the circles to complete a round. My HDD seems fine. This just started happening again after it stopped late last year. Any ideas on what I can do?

Visit the lenova website for your model and download the Lenova solution centre and run a diagnostic

everything there is 4 years old so not likely you need an update from there

run a test using hdtune trial and see if HDD is okay: http://www.hdtune.com/ - The SMART scores might help.
