Hi, i have a strange issue, and i have no idea how this happened, i have formated ssd, installed new windows on ssd, and somehow i have windows installed on my HDD also, and it is only bootable from HDD, when i select boot from SSD, it wont work.. I would probably fix it by reinstlaling everyting, but i would appriciate if someone explain me, how this actually happened..

Well, windows was installed on the HDD already, or not? Because there are already many things installed. You probably did not format the HDD and windows now cant detect the windows boot manager from the SSD only from HDD. Format your HDD and install windows on the SSD again.
