Hey,

I've got this issue with booting windows 10 since 2 weeks. When I boot my laptop, I see the windows logo, then it goes black, it comes back and it looks like this:

I clean installed windows 10 using the latest media creation tool on my usb, installed it on 3 different drives (WD3200BPVT, ST500LM000 and OCZ-VERTEX). All got the same issue.
I tried different GPU drivers (intellimodder32 drivers and microsoft drivers).

Laptop:
Acer Aspire 5741 (intel version)

What can I do to fix this issue?

I don't think file corruption. I tested the disk on my desktop and it works fine, I also installed w10 on an other laptop using the same usb. I'll do that tonight as I don't have much time now

1 pass without errors using memtest86+-5.0.1

Bump, still no answer?
I even reinstalled my bios and I still get this.
It starts up normally, normal bootlogo, then black screen, back to bootlogo with the artifacts and then I get the login screen

That's not a test, test each stick separately. If one has issue and the other doesn't, you know what to replace.

The weird thing is, it only happens with windows 10 and all on multiple drives. Using linux, it is fine, I didn't test win 8 or win 7, but in the past they used to work fine when I ran windows 7 and 8

Linus is probably NOT fine, it's just that you haven't noticed it yet because it doesn't use the same driver stack structure.

Seriously, just test each stick separately already. There's a few more suggestions I can give but only if you rule that first one out!

I'm currently testing with memtest using hiren's boot cd. Waiting for the results.
After the tests, I'll boot with 1 stick and see if it still shows those artifacts.

Tests complete, both passed with 0 errors. Each stick seperately tested. I also booted windows with each stick seperated to see if it presists and it is still there.
