Windows 10 broke my laptop

So after updating to Windows 10, everything on my laptop got slower and it's unusable. A lot of functions don't work such as Spotify or google chrome. I also attempted to reset my laptop but it said that the partition was missing. I need help.

If you did the upgrade. I would do a fresh install. You can download a USB file by using the Microsoft media creation tool.
