I have the Windows Update service disabled at startup, but it wouldn't let me download from the Windows Store with it set to disabled. So I set it to manual so I could download what I wanted. I let it sit at manual for the rest of the day, later in the day it says it has downloaded some updates and to restart my PC. I restarted my PC and it installed the updates. First thing I noticed was my search bar on Cortana was no longer functioning. I couldn't even click in it, Cortana itself was functioning in no way. Later I noticed it also deleted/broke most of the Windows apps. Such as the Outlook app, Windows Store, Calendar, etc. So any help as to what just happened would be appreciated.
