Solution
MemTest (just like any other tools) may, or may not show intermittent errors. However, for the sake of argument let's assume that memory is fine. Now you have to look at software:

1> Is EVERYTHING on your system legitimately purchased (including Windows)? Pirate software frequently causes problems (and will not receive any form of support here)

2> Is all installed software Windows 10 compatible and up to date?
Yes. However, there is a myriad of reasons that Windows crashes. Far more information is required before anything other than a simple "yes/no" answer can be given.

Well here is the post I did on Windows forums:

After updating W10 to 1903 I started getting BSOD. First with error: Critical_process_died and then after Unexpected_store_exception.

When the BSOD happens (everything freezes, and the sound hangs if I'm listening to something), the system restarts, and sometimes, Windows boot loader doesn't get recognized.

I scanned my SSD with Samsung Magician and CrystalDiskInfo and both said my SSD was GOOD health. Also scanned with MemTest86 which also came out clean.

I tried wiping my SSD and clean installing W10 (2 times) again, but to no avail. Current version is KB4522355.

Also updated every driver I could with manufacturer designated updating software.

It's a laptop, Lenovo Legion Y520 with 120Gb SSD and 1Tb HDD.

Does this W10 version have any known SSD issues or is my SSD failing?

Far more likely here is a memory or software issue than anything wrong with SSD or HD.

Wouldn't MemTest show any errors if something was wrong?
If not, is there any software I can also test my memory with?

P.S. How could memory problem correlate with Windows Boot Loader not showing in Boot Options?

Windows is genuine as far as I know (checked the guides to see and according to them its legally purchased). All the other software is legally acquired.
