Windows 10 BSOD errors help-- Mini dumps included

Having BSOD with my windows 10 if I could please get some help with these issue, I have been getting a lot of BSOD crashes which happen at random times can't recall when they started. I tried looking at them but I can't seem to find any solution.

ERRORS that appear:
-SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
-KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
-ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY
-0x00000139 (this one doesn't have a bugcheck string just a bugcheck code)

The things that I have tried so far:
-Checked windows for updates
- Virus scan
- did a sfc /scannow
- ran the windows memory diagnostic tool
- updated drivers (with Driver Booster 4)
-Uninstalled my Nvidia graphics card and reinstalled the driver
-I'm not overclocking

First, try to run a memtest. Download memtest86, boot into it, run it for a while, and see if you get any errors.

Second, give us details of your hardware, and how much free space you have on your primary hard-drive. Run a SMART check on it, and write back the values you get.

Ran memtest for 4 passes and got 0 errors.

I ran a harddrive check via the cmd prompt and got this:

As far as my storage it is set up with my SSD running my OS(250gb) and my HDD(1TB) for my files, my external drive is just used for backup.

you have 3 copies of a overclocking driver running from three different locations.

three different dates, sorry the path to the files is not listed so you will have to search your drive for copies of NTIOLib_X64.sys and remove them.

I would remove all 3 copies until you get your system stable.

Revert the driver installs made by driver booster 4 and uninstall the program.

Uninstall Norton/Symantec, its drivers are causing different bugchecks which is not a good sign. It could be an underlying issue, but first test the system with Norton/Symantec removed.

Couple of questions isn't this a required driver used at startup? and wouldn't it affect startup and make my computer unbootable? Also my motherboard can be overclocked but my CPU isn't overclockable. I uninstalled a bunch of the 3rd party apps that "help" check for updates from MSI(FastBoot, Command Center.. etc) that had associations with NTIOLib_X64.sys(which was actually all of them.) and now I only have one instance of NTIOLib_X64.sys running on my C drive.

after doing this I have received another BSOD shortly after maybe 30 mins. I uploaded the new dump via dropbox.

Wouldn't me uninstalling my antivirus leave me vulnerable? I went ahead and reverted some of the drivers and uninstalled it.

If you remove the related software there won't be a problem with booting that is caused by ntiolib_x64.sys.

As of Windows 8(.1) and higher Windows will automatically enable Windows Defender which is good enough for security.

As a matter of fact, Windows Defender has been improved a lot since Windows 10.

Something very similar like this happened to me only a week ago and I fixed it.
If you got a Disk that came in the box with your GPU and you installed that disk, uninstall it immediantly. Then navigate to the files in your documents with the name of the GPU software. Mine was GPUTweaII so I had to navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\GPU TweakII Once you have found this location delete any files inside of this folder. Restart your PC to make sure they are gone. Next go onto google and type in your GPU software that you unistalled and re-install a newer version. Also make sure that you get the latest drivers from Nvidia website. Once downloaded the newer version of your GPU Software and the latest Nvidia drivers, restart your pc!

Something very similar like this happened to me only a week ago and I fixed it.

last bugcheck was due to a bad memory address used by a service

system still shows 3 copies of NTIOLib_X64.sys running

So I may have solved it with everyone's help here but I'm waiting to see if any BSOD pop up since there can be some delays. Last one I had was on the 9/28/17

So the solution might have been:
-I uninstalled Symatec Antivirus
-I deleted all the NTIOLib_X64.sys running on my system
- OR I took 2 of my older ram sticks(4gbx2) out which I'm not sure if they were conflicting with my other 2 (8gbx2). Originally when I bought the 8gb set(2x) I checked to make sure they were compatible.

Anyways here are the model numbers:
