Hello all, any help that can be provided here would be greatly appreciated!

I keep getting a BSOD loop with my 2~ week old build. It started out by simply crashing the other night while playing PUBG (which is known to cause memory leak related crashes/lockups). I figured it was just related to that specific application since many others have experienced the same issue. However, yesterday I turned my computer on, left for about an hour or so and then came back to an infinite blue screen loop. It has given me many errors;
SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
ClipSp.sys
0xc00021a...

Every time it boots into the OS it tries to go through automatic repair then immediately BSOD's again. I've jumped in the BIOS and turned off my on-board WiFi and on-board Bluetooth to no avail. I have only once been able to actually get into the advanced options for Windows and turn off early anti-malware also to no avail. At this point, I'm not entirely sure what to do or where to go. From many Google searches it seems that I could have a corrupted Windows file, a bad driver, a hardware problem in my RAM, MOBO, or even CPU. I'm not sure on how to narrow down where the problem might be at this point and that is my biggest problem.

System Specs:
Intel i5-8600k
Asus ROG Strix Z370-I Gaming Motherboard (Updated BIOS with the newest available update as of January 13th)
EVGA SSC GTX 1060 6gb
Ballistix Sport LT RAM - DDR4 2400mhz (2x8gb)
Corsair RMx 550w (80+ Gold)

Windows install is on an ADATA SP550 120gb SSD. I also have a Barracuda 1tb as well as a Toshiba MK 400gb laptop drive as mass storage drives.
