Windows 10 BSOD since upgrade

Since I upgraded to windows 10 I am getting blue screen 1-2 times a day. I have run bluescreen view and it says memory_management error with ntoskrnl.exe . I am not sure what to do to resolve this.

Bug Check String: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Caused by Driver: ntoskrnl.exe
Caused by Address: ntoskrnl.exe+142970

I am hoping someone can point me to resolution. Please help.

update all drivers manually, starting with the graphics card driver and chipset driver
