So I got a bsod with the error "paged fault in nonpaged area", then when I restart my desktop picture is different, and my lower bar doesn't work except for right clicks. I tried doing a restore install but 30 minutes in it said it encountered a problem and reversed all of it. Anything I can do?

I get a loop of runtike error: C:\Pro... (very informative, thanks windows), then my SetPoint.exe broken, then the logitech manager restarts, then I get all the errors over again.

Solution
Check windows update, the new patch is a new version of windows 10, it acts like the update process from win 7/8 to 10 so puts a brand new copy of win 10 on machine and creates a windows.old folder containing this broken install.

If the update doesn't fix it, on another PC, download the windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a windows 10 installer on USB or DVD

if there is anything on PC you cannot lose, try this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/ or move the drive into another pc as a secondary drive and copy the stuff across that way

I think the problem is just drivers but if you cannot get onto PC its hard to tell what ones are at...

I think the problem is just drivers but if you cannot get onto PC its hard to tell what ones are at fault. You can use the Installer as a boot disc so can try to run a reset or go into safe mode and look at what devices are showing as unknown. You can also just reinstall win 10 or even use the media creation tool to update your install if you don't have upgrade yet.
