Hello there guys! First time posting here. I was gaming on two separated nights (Phasmophobia and Back 4 Blood) and at a certain point both crashed into a BSOD. The errors I got were "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", respectively. And both the BSODs point towards "ntoskrnl.exe" being the culprit, though I understand that this program itself isn't the cause of the issues. I was wondering if anyone here is able to analyze the dump files, as I am unsure of what is going on!

Here's the two uploaded dump files:

  • I have already tested my ram using memtest86 for approximately 12 hours and it passed.
  • I have (attempted) to update all my drivers (Windows 10, GPU, Motherboard, etc...).
  • I ran commands, such as sfc/scannow, chkdsk /f, and DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth .

My system specs for reference:

CPU: i7 8700k
CPU cooler: Corsair H150
Mobo: Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7
GPU: EVGA FTW3 Ultra Gaming RTX 3080
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3000
SSD: Samsung 250 GB / Crucial 1tb
HDD: WD black 1 tb
PSU: Corsair RMX RM1000X
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Comment: The overclocking driver "NTIOLib_X64.sys" was found on your system. (MSI Afterburner or other MSI software)
