Windows 10: Build 1803 vs Build 1709 ?

Hello all people, hope you all fine

I'm currently using windows 7 ultimate version service pack 1, and i'm really so happy with, however, i'm about to get my 1st gaming PC, i was planning to stay with 7 but so many people and gamers recommend me to use windows 10 as its better for gaming and for future so (windows 7's support ends in 2020, almost 1 year from now).

Well again, i didn't try windows 10 before, just 1 time for only 1 month, that was last year, maybe it was build 1703 or 1709 still not remember but anyways i heard about there is a new build currently 1803, i don't know much idea about but some people say its full of bugs and bad support (not sure from that info), so anyways guys which build do you recommend me to use:

v1803 is the most recent.
People say there are "bugs" about every single Windows version or Upgrade since...forever.
Every single one.

If you were to install v1709, it would, before long, upgrade itself to v1803


Bottom line...install the latest one and proceed on.
