Hi guys, this is my first message and it's about a strange thing that happened to me in Windows 10. I am using computers long time and this time I tried to install Dr. Fone (file recovery software to recover files from my phone) and the installationg process gave me some errors. The progress bar stopped at 98% for some time and I forced Windows restart.
After that it's not possible to run Windows as normally. I have tried 'safe mode' and the same happens. I have not updated the graphics drivers.
During the installation process the installation program gave some errors.
What can I do?
