Windows 10 cannot unistall a program (daemon tools) because it cannot run program

Upgraded to Win 10 now i cannot run daemon tools or Uninstall it. the file browser crashes when you try to see it in a file browser. It says daemon tools does not run on this version of windows. And when i tried to install an updated version from the website it just crashes.

Go to "My Computer"
Select the "C" drive
Select "Program files (x86)"
Select "Daemon tools"
Run "uninsat.exe"
