My system specs are
AMD Phenom ll x6 1075T,
8GB DDR3,
GTX 650Ti
WINDOWS 10,
NVIDIA driver 355.60
No anti virus , system updated to latest patches.

I couldn't play even GTA V which I played seamlessly on Windows 8.1.

Even playing HD(not even FHD) videos causes to crash. And video stutters a lot.

It seems weird to see no AMD users complain about any graphics glitches, I think i will have to switch to AMD for future, and for now I think we can settle for good old windows 7/8/8.1. The problem I guess is with nvidia's CUDA and DX12 being incompatible, Since CUDA and DX12 are the opposite model.

Solution
Both amd and nvidia having issues. Some people aren't but I did. I had to lower overclocks...GTA v crashed about once every 20 mins, among other games. I went back to 8.1 and it's smooooth as silk once again and I can raise my clocks again. Wait till everything gets ironed out, at first I thought it was smooth but no, it's not yet.
CUDA and DX12 are unrelated and I have seen about as many AMD issues on Win 10. Graphics driver problems seem to be a common issue on 10 at the moment, the main reason I wont upgrade my gaming PC yet. For a gaming PC I would roll back to 8.1 and leave the upgrade for a few months until many of the bugs are worked out.

Hm.. Is there no other way to keep windows 10 and still make the games work?. And the reason I thought CUDA is the problem is because DX12 is just basically AMD's mantle polished my M$.

I don't know I got so frustrated with it, for me on those crashes, every single time it crashed I had to ununstall afterburner, reboot, then reinstall and reboot again to get it to work. I did it for about a week and tried every driver I could. It could have been something on the upgrade route I went because I did it early and didn't do a clean install.

I almost went back and tried 10 earlier today when I installed my samsung 850 evo but I remembered all the pain it was so I didn't.

When I first upgraded, I was unable to play GTA V and CSGO. Make sure all your drivers are updated/un-install and reinstall which is what I did and after a restart it worked. I've had to do this twice now since I moved over to windows 10.

My last resort was rolling back to my previous windows but despite being a pain, I don't mind every once in a while updating my drivers to make sure they're the latest.

For steam games, if you got GTA from steam, I think they've figured a work around in the games properties.
Hope this helps!

Alright guys. I am going to roll back to windows 8.1, although 8 was my favorite. Dont want to be left behind on updates. When they finally sort the problem I think I will switch over to 10. Anyway we got 1 more year to upgrade.
I knew this whole new OS thing would be problematic, but I wanted to experience DX12 , all in vain.

Guys a slight hiccup. I have only original windows 8 key. I need to install windows 8.1 . Shall I install windows 8.1 with some generic key and then install windows 8 original key after I go into the os. Will it work?. Will my windows be still genuine?

Yeah, me too, I'm sure it will sometime soon. We've got a year before we have to upgrade and there will only be a couple games out this year with dx 12 so once that starts happening, they should start getting things fixed hopefully.
