Windows 10 Causing NVIDIA Crash

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Graphics Card installed into a PC build that is running windows 10. As far as I know the driver is up to date but it frequently crashes and then "Recovers" when it does this it stutters and has no audio and only works correctly again when it I restart. It crashes about daily when I am watching a video and if I even try to launch a game crashes. Here is the information I pulled from the DirectX Diagnostic Tool

Try this. Install ddu and select nvidia. Then select clean and shutdown (for new graphics card). Take the gpu out of the pci slot and make sure it's clean. Place it back in and boot the pc. Go to nvidia's website and make sure you download a fresh set of the latest drivers available. Then install. Should be working now.

DDU deleted all my drivers the GPU is clean and the driver has been reinstalled but the issue remains. Before I reinstalled the driver it would run the game but so slowly that it was unplayable.

Yes I've tried all of it as well as rolling back to a previous driver

try reinstalling windows? Otherwise you can try running memtest to see if one of your ram sticks is bad.

After that it can either be the psu or gpu. If you can try another psu in your system. If that also fails then you're going to have to get the gpu replaced
