Windows 10 changing languages

Hi, I accidentally bought a French version of Windows 10 at best buy and lost the receipt. If I can translate my way through the installation processcan i change the language to English in the settings after?

Okay so I Just built a new gaming PC. I live in Quebec (A french speaking province in Canada) and I went to the best buy to buy windows 10. They told me they only have french copies but that I could change the language settings once I get through the install. Well i've installed it and trying to change the language settings has been a nightmare. I've got it that some stuff is written in english, but mostly everything is still in french. If no one has any suggestions on how to universally change the language of my operating system, I guess the next step would be to completely erase my hard drive and go purchase an actual english copy. How do I erase my hard drive and just have the computer boot straight to the BIOS again and start over?

do I just install it and it will overwrite my current french windows 10?

Get the iso either use rufus so it extracts the ISO to a flash drive. Or burn it to dvd.

Boot from it. .Wipe the partitions reinstall windows. But if you want anything off the hdd copy it. Except programs. Because, it wont be there later
