Windows 10 clean install and drivers question

I've decided to do a clean install of Windows 10 on my main PC.

My question is, should I let windows updates install all the drivers first, or should I manually install all the drivers first, than let windows update do its thing?

depending on how many drivers need installed/updated, i'd let windows do it, probably.

if i just wanted mainboard/chipset drivers and graphics drivers, i'd probably do it manually...

id recommend doing drivers manually first. windows might install a generic driver which doesnt always work properly.

Do this:
Fresh instal Window 10
Instal all board drives (that comes on DVD of your motherboard), you can also download on your manufacter website.
Then go for update and instal all drives that it shows you.

Like this you will not have problems.
Dont forget to monitor your hardware system to make sure you have all drivers intalled.

I suggest downloading DriverPack solution. Also, download Realtek network adapter drivers and have them ready to be installed without Internet access. My PC lost network adapter after install and I am glad I have 2 PCs.

I would never recommend a program like DriverPack. Driver updating software is a scam and can royally mess up your computer.

im not debating it or saying that particular program is bad. i just dont recommend any driver update software. ive seen them mess up too many machines as a technician.

I know what drivers I need. I just want to avoid any potential conflicts that might come up.
