Windows 10 clean install problems.

I clean install Windows 10 on a laptop the was upgraded to Windows 10 from 7 and everything works fine until after the selecting the drive. After selecting the drive it shows a window showing the steps it's taking with checklists and after it's done it will restart which is fine. When it restarts though the screen looks like it's turning on and off and won't go any further. I install using a flash drive I created using Microsoft's creation tool. I've tried redoing this a few times now but to to avail. I have a Samsung chronos 7 np700zah-s03us laptop. It upgraded fine from 7 so no problems with compatibility. Any ideas?

After the restart did you go into the bios and select the new install as the boot device? To get into the Bios use Delete key before post.

All fixed, I switched install media from usb to DVD and it installed with no problems.
