Okay so for the last 4 hours or so ive been working to fresh install windows 10 on my PC, however this time I tried using the Media Creation tool. This was my first time with it and my flash drive wouldnt get picked up by the software, so i downloaded the ISO to my hard drive and then created a bootable disk image on my USB flash drive. I then formatted my SSD. I formatted my SSD wrong and headed over to my friends house and formatted the SSD again as a NTFS, I then attempted to boot from my flash drive, only to get the screen on the bios that says something along the lines of "insert a bootable drive and press a key to continue". I then cleared that and got on my Mac and created a bootable drive through the terminal (took about 45 minutes do not recommend) only to get the same result. I am no noob to PC's as I've done reinstallations before and have been building my computer for nearly 4 years now so im not sure as to what has gone wrong. Hoping someone could help me out, below ill post a picture of the files on the flash drive and my pc specs...

If someone could help me solve this that'd be great! Thanks!

Make sure you have either added your USB flash drive to the boot order in UEFI/BIOS, or use the boot time hotkey to select it when you see the motherboard manufacturer's splash screen. Usually there is a message near the bottom indicating what key to press for UEFI/BIOS and what key to press for boot device selection. Usually it's F10 or F12. Check your motherboard manual if you're not sure. If the system won't boot from the USB drive when these are set correctly, then you haven't properly initialiized it as a bootable device. Microsoft's Media Creation tool (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/?d2784474-fdb0-4e9d-9e47-5e88c0e053ec=True) should correctly initialize your USB drive and copy the ISO to it. You can also use Unetbootin (https://unetbootin.github.io/) along with your downloaded ISO if you prefer.

I've done the boot order correct, and have even booted from USB.
As state above I used the media creation tool, however only to download the ISO. I then used Rufus to create the bootable drive.
Also used terminal on my mac and the files obviously setup but same result. I will try Unetbootin if it's compatible with mac.

So after using unet booter and booting it shows me 'options' and then says default and i press enter and the time to automatic boot resets to 10... and when i do nothing it also just counts down from 10 and resets.

I tried to use Rufus myself in the past, but could not get it to create bootable media properly for Win10. With the media creation tool, you shouldn't have to use other software to prepare the USB drive, but I have used Unetbootin successfully for several editions of Windows and Linux: works every time for me.
