Windows 10 Colors All Messed Up

I recently reset my pc, due to a few errors, and once it went back to windows 10, this happened. I tried deleting the display drivers, but that only seems to work for at most a week. This computer didn’t come with windows 10, I upgraded it about a year ago to windows 10. I have an image included to clarify some. I’d really appreciate the help, thank you very much.

I’m let you know, right now it’s looking good because I rolled back the updates on the display drivers, just in case though I’m probably gonna try and do what you said. Thanks for the reply I appreciate it .
