WINDOWS 10 COMPATIBILTY app????

Hey so I'm doing a project for my PC class and I have to "build" a computer under $1000. He wants us to show Prof that windows 10 works with all components. He said there was a windows toll that all I do is type in the component and windows says if its compatible or not. Could some one please link me to this? Or something similar, I'm having a very hard time trying to find it. Thanks.

Only problem is it will only do a check on an existing pc.
