[SOLVED] Windows 10 computer and internet speed

Hi, my Mother got a new computer just to play internet games on. The games go really slow. I had the cable guy here today and had cable modem problems and got that fixed and afterwards her download and upload speeds increased but her games online still go slow. She has wifi internet and is in the same room as the modem/router.
