Windows 10/ computer keeps on freezing

Not sure what it but I have a year old acer aspire v15 and it keeps on freezing up and cant even ctrl alt delete to get out. Not sure if windows 10 or laptop any suggestions?

I would recommend doing a clean install of windows 10.
Solve most of my problem.
